CFÉRO is a consortium formed by 11 post-secondary institutions (colleges and universities) in Northern Ontario. We serve Francophone students with learning disabilities (LD).
The institutions in the consortium include:
- Collège Boréal (campus of Hearst, Kapuskasing, New Liskeard, Nipissing, Sudbury and Timmins);
- Université de Hearst (campus of Hearst, Kapuskasing and Timmins);
- Laurentian University;
- Algoma University;
- Cambrian College;
- Canadore College;
- Confederation College;
- Lakehead University
- Nipissing University;
- Northern College; and
- Sault College;
The CFÉRO office is located at Collège Boréal’s main campus in Sudbury. CFÉRO and NOARC provide similar intake procedures in order to enable students to easily access required services.
